Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Silk tofu
- 1 piece of Century egg
- 1 tbsp of fish sauce
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- Salt
- MSG (optional)
- Pepper
- Green onion (optional)
- Chili (optional)
How to make:
- Steam the silk tofu for 10-15 minutes, or you could serve it cold.
- Put altogether all the ingredients; fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and MSG. Mix well.
- Put the chili and chopped green onion into the mixed sauce.
- Take the silk tofu onto a plate and pour the mixed sauce on top of the silk tofu.
- Enjoy!
